Yksilölliset oppimisväylät

Opintojakson toteutus tapahtuu verkossa ja oppimistehtävinä. Opintojakson pakollinen info teamsissa vko:lla 37.

Opintojaksolla tarkastellaan sosiaali- ja terveysalan lainsäädäntöä hyvinvointialueiden otettua järjestämisvastuun julkisista sote-palveluista. Opintojaksolla tarkastellaan myös yksityistä sote-palvelutuotantoa ohjaava lainsäädäntöä. Edelleen jaksolla käsitellään asiakkaan asemaan ja oikeuksiin sekä sote-alan henkilöstöön liittyvää lainsäädäntöä.

Opintojakso ei sisällä TKI- tai työelämäyhteistyötä.

Tentit ja muut määräajat

Opintojakson pakollinen info teamsissa vko:lla 37.
Tehtävät palautetaan 30.10.2023 mennessä.

Opiskelijan työmäärä

Opintopistemäärään pohjautuva opiskelijan laskennallinen työmäärä 1 op = 27 h. Jakson laajuus on 2 op.
