You can explain what physiological changes are required for the performance of these different elements to increase.
You can pay attention to recovery and include it in training programmes.

What are the different elements of physical performance?
What are physiological mechanisms in these different elements through which each element develops?
How to make plans for training programs that base on sport specific analyses and include training to develop the different elements of physical performance?
What methods can be used to make recovery more effective?
