Objective

You are able to describe the work changes, organisational development and management trends in a changing society. You show your familiarity with supervisory duties, leadership and organization of social services. You know the key issues of human resource and knowledge management. You have skills to work in a multiprofessional and cooperative way and you have adopted research and development oriented mode of working. You recognize the basic skills of supervising and the meaning of self leadership. You reflect your own professional growth and personal mode of working. You understand the main principles of internal entrepreneurship.

What is leadership in changing society? What are the main roles and duties of a supervisor in the social field?   What is the meaning of organisational culture for supervisory duties? What is the main content of team leadership? How do you promote and maintain welfare at work? What are the challenges of your own professional development as a team leader?
