You are able to describe the work changes, organisational development and management trends in a changing society. You show your familiarity with supervisory duties, leadership and organization of social services. You know the key issues of human resource and knowledge management. You have skills to work in a multiprofessional and cooperative way and you have adopted research and development oriented mode of working. You recognize the basic skills of supervising and the meaning of self leadership. You reflect your own professional growth and personal mode of working. You understand the main principles of internal entrepreneurship.
