You recognize areas for development in client work, services and working community and you know the methods of development work in your internship organisation.

You explore the quality system of services and of the working community.

You familiarize yourself with the work of superior and the management system in your internship organisation.

You explore the advocacy work in your internship organisation and understand the meaning of it.

You are able to manage yourself as a member of working community toward wellbeing at work.

You are able to evaluate your professional competence multifaceted and critically and reflect you acts of professional ethics as a bachelor of social services taking account your career plans.
