After completing this study unit, the student should be able to:  - explain the theoretical principles and practical steps of the negotiation process - recognize the impact and role of culture on negotiations - select strategies and tactics for cross-cultural negotiations - demonstrate negotiating skills in active business negotiation situations

  The contents of the course include: - key terms of negotiating - the negotiating process and strategies - negotiations in different parts of the world - negotiation excercises

  Excellent (5), Good (4-3), Satisfactory (2-1), Fail (0) The assessment is based on an exam and course assignments.
