After completing this study unit the student can:  - explain the theoretical principles and practical steps of the negotiation process - recognize the impact and role of culture on negotiations - select strategies and tactics for cross cultural negotiations - demonstrate negotiating skills in active business negotiation situations

The contents of the course include: - key terns of negotiating - the negotiating process and strategies - negotiations in different parts of the world - negotiation excercises
