Objective

Learns to take seriously managers' influence on wellbeing at work, and to plan and execute measures to improve wellbeing at work in a holistic manner Learns to recognize signals indicating that wellbeing at work is in danger, and learns to intervene them proactively Learns to improve ones own wellbeing at work as well as that of others or personnel Objectives are adjusted together with each student group according to their learning needs in the beginning of the course.

Evaluation 0-5. Evaluation is conducted interactively between students, lecturers, and possible working life partners.
