Objective

After completing this unit, the student can: describe and define concepts, processes, and products of software technology / telecommunications take part in fairs and exhibitions as a representative of an IT company use the telephone and email for effective professional communication use customer-oriented, polite language for handling complaints both orally and in writing assume an active role in meetings and negotiations interpret English documents used in the purchasing process use English at skill level B1-B2 (European Framework)
