As a result of the course the student is able to prepare financial plans, eg. master budgets, for a business organisation use manage accounting as a tool of management in product costing and performance measurement of a business in the international business environment. describe the key indicators used in financial statement analysis prepare financial statement analysis for a variety of types of firms prepare financial reports and knows the structure of the reports (P/L & B/S) for the financial year, also for small groups (of companies) prepare short- and long-term cash-flow plans and cash statements for a company apply theoretical knowledge of strategic management skills in a realistic situation in a strategic business game
