Objective
You can describe client participation, partnership and dialogue principles in rehabilitation context at individual and community level.
You can observe and promote your client’s functions considering her/his individual resources, meanings and goals in connection with her/his environment.
You can consider your client’s role as a co-developer during the rehabilitation process.
Content
How do you strengthen the role of clients and communities as participants in the rehabilitation process, in its various stages and in different environments?
How do you identify and evaluate your client’s functions considering her/his individual life situation and her/his environment.
How do you ensure your client’s and their close one's participation in evalution and goal setting? How do you enhance client-oriented rehabilitation planning, service coordination and continuous service chains?
