What is social gerontological framework?
What are the legislation, welfare benefits and service system related to aging?
What are the challenges of functional capacity of older people and the opportunities of social support to meet the needs?
What are the professional practices of socio-cultural work among elderly people?
What is the expertise of Bachelor of Social Services in the multi- professional elderly care?

Yksilölliset oppimisväylät

Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:
Osallistut työjärjestyksen mukaiseen opetukseen. Opiskelusi rytmittyvät työjärjestyksen mukaisten ryhmätapaamisten ja itsenäisesti tehtävien oppimistehtävien mukaan.

Työhön integroitu oppimisväylä:
Hankitun osaamisen tunnistaminen ja tunnustaminen (HOT) sekä tentti.

Kansainvälinen yhteistyö

Osa lähitapaamisesta yhteistyötä vaihto-opiskelijoiden kanssa.

Opiskelijan työmäärä

Opiskelijan työmäärä on 5op (135h), josta luento-opetusta 14h.Sosiokulttuurinen tehtävä (2op), haastattelutehtävä (1op), kaltoinkohtelua ehkäisevä tehtävä (1op) ja tentti (1op).

Assessment methods and criteria

Sosiokulttuurisen menetelmän tehtävä Hyväksytty-täydennettävä, haastattelutehtävä 5-0, kaltoinkohtelutehtävä Hyväksytty-täydennettävä, tentti 5-0. Ohjeiden ja takarajojen noudattamatta jättäminen vaikuttaa arvosanaa alentavasti.
Koko jakson hyväksymiseksi kaikki osiot on oltava hyväksytysti suoritettuina.
