Objective
The student wlll know ships' safe maintenance and repair procedures, operations during maintenance docking, and the responsibilities involved.
Content
Preliminary organization of safe maintenance and repair procedures during operation and organization of docking. Operations and responsibilities during docking. Preparing maintenance and repair specifications. Responsibilities, rights, and duties.
Location and time
Discussion with the teacher and, where appropriate, PSP-planning with your own mentor teacher.

Scheduled track:
You will attend teaching and guidance sessions as specified in the schedule.
Independent track:
You attend your study in the multi-mode education. Degree of Deck Officer, operational level (STCW A-II/1) OR Degree of Engineer Officer, operational level (STCW A-III/1) OR Certificate of Competency: Deck Officer / Engineer Officer IS REQUIRED.
Blended track:
Discussion with the teacher and, where appropriate, PSP-planning with your own mentor teacher.

Registration to any general exams has to be agreed with the lecturer and exams are to be completed according degree regulation.
