Objective

To be able to evaluate one’s own activities and understand the concept of inner entrepreneurship
To be able to assess the work group’s resources and prioritise work tasks and the related responsibilities
To understand the importance of leadership in nursingTo understand the fundamentals of entrepreneurship within the health care industry and as a part of the service system

Location and time

During the course, we have lectures and discussions, small group exercises of several contents of the course. Written assignment; you have to assess your self-awareness, leading yourself and your own know-how. We will practice the concepts of quality assurance in the small groups, preparing for that by using internet beforehand. Instructed reading assignment to the next lesson will be given. Written exam.

Teaching methods

Scheduled track:
Lectures, small group exercises in the class room. Written assignment and exam.

Blended track:
During the course, we have lectures and discussions, small group exercises of several contents of the course.
