You know the preventive approach and the importance of early support in customer management.

Teaching methods

Scheduled track:
Service and client guidance and assessment of service needs in the service-oriented client service process of social welfare.
Service and client guidance as a method of client care for social welfare (individual work program, service-oriented work, counseling and guidance).
Service-oriented thinking as the basis for interactive interaction between service and client guidance.
Multiprofessional capacity and agency assessment as a starting point for client service needs and client guidance: detective, preventive, and early work in supporting well-being, health and functional ability.
