Objective

You know the health and social care organizations and control systems, the current status and future challenges. You show experienced in the Health and Social Care efficient fundamentals. You will be able to promote the quality and safety of patients and their development in your field. You know the importance of occupational safety and health and well-being of social and health service perspective. You know how to act in changingsocial and health environments of good workplace skills accordingly. You know the multi-professional teams and working groups, policies and roles. You know how to lead your own actions and coordinate with clients / patients overall treatment. You have internalized the inner significance of entrepreneurship in the successful operations of the central element. Health understand the basics of entrepreneurship and the importance of part of the service.
