You can use extensively and proficiently concepts of developmental work
You can perceive developmental needs in a field of NGO and youth work
You can identify variety of RD work, RD orientations and RD methods
You can implement goal-oriented development process, use development tools, and document and report the process
You can recognize the ethical requirements of developmental work and know how to respond them in practice
