You can use the main e-business models and techniques. You can empathize with the customer´s position in the change of information and business. You can follow, recognize and analyze the development, development needs and new possibilities of e-business.

What are the key concepts of e-business? What are the main elements and processes of e-business from the customer’s point of view? What are the most important electronic selling and communication channels? How do you use the main models and techniques of e-business? How do you empathize with the customer in the changes of information search and business life? Which possibilities does e-business offer for tourism and hospitality? How do you keep up with the development of e-business?
