Objective
You can prepare thesis plan with according to the instructions for thesis in health care at Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences. You present your plan in a seminar and you also work as an opponent. You follow the other thesis plans of health care degree programmes, participate in presentation seminars and get inspiration and influence to your own thesis. After your thesis plan is approved you show your knowledge of survey ethics by implementing any necessary agreements and licence or permit applications. You prepare all the research methods according to your research plan by organizing indicators, tests and other interventions. You analyse the data you have collected.
Content
How do you write a research plan or a development plan? How do you familiarise with the background literature of your thesis and draw up your theoretical framework? How do you choose a suitable research method or development method for your thesis and how do you justifty your choice? How will you implement the research process and the development process, taking into account the research and development activities related to ethical choices? How do you report your thesis results and outcomes? What kind of conclusions can you make about the results and what kind of suggestions for action can you give based on the results?
