Ethics and professionality in nursing
• you are able to assess and develop your own work and take responsibility for your actions
Clinical nursing
• you are able to perform the main nursing procedures and diagnostic tests as part of the overall patient care
• you are able to evaluate the patient’s need of care based on appropriate clinical and physiological assessment, prioritize the needs, and document them in compliance with structurally coherent classification
• you understand the principles of and are able to explain the significance of infection control
• you understand the onset mechanisms of diseases and the resulting changes in the body
• you are able to integrate nutrition therapy and education in co-operation with a multiprofessional network of experts
