What is the theoretical background of welfare and health promotion and what are the connections between social and economic mechanisms, welfare and health policy changes and strategic policies?
What is included in the politico- administrative planning, control and decision-making and how it is applied to the social and health care management and development?
What is the legal and ethical basis of social and health care and how you can justify and analyze the solutions and their ethical implications, taking into account the individual, community and society at large, and they include value conflicts?
