Objective

Students recognize the elements of successful interaction and are able to apply them in your own work.
Students can evaluate and develop your own skills in oral, written communication both in Finnish and in English.
Student can evaluate and develop a multidisciplinary organization's communication both in Finnish and in English.
Students can evaluate and develop communication in your international work community.

Content

What are the theoretical approaches to and practical tools of communication and interaction and how do you apply them to your work?
How do you evaluate and develop organizational communication?
How do you assess your industry and use the Finnish-speaking and English-language source material for the development of your work?
How do you communicate within an organization and make know-how visible in Finnish and in English?
How do you communicate successfully in negotiation and conflict situations in a work community?

Assessment criteria, good (3)

a) Students can find, study, produce and evaluate critically multidisciplinary data in their field of expertise.
b) Students can solve demanding problems in research, development and innovation.
c) Students can evaluate and manage independently operations involving individuals and teams.
