Objective
You know how to evaluate the social and health services as part of the welfare service system in cooperation with different actors.
You know how to carry out client-oriented development prosesses as part of strategic management in your working unit or organisation.
You know how to describe and define methods of evaluation, which you take advantage in the development of social and health care and you can justify their suitability to evaluation of effectiviness of services and processes
You know how to take advantage of foresight about the development of services and carry out a preliminary assessment.
You know how to use different methods of quality management in provision of services
