Objective
You are able to recognize the basic terminology of organizations and working communities. You are aware of the strategic and goal-oriented policies of a well-functioning organization. You are familiar with the practices of bookkeeping and cost calculations. You can use budget planning as a tool and you are able to monitor budget targets effectively.
Content
What are the administrative and economic constraints of youth work? How do organizations set their goals? What is meant by strategic planning? How are the finances of organizations planned and monitored?
