Objective

You can plan and implement responsibly a nature tourism service product according to a company's business concept.
You know how to apply service design thinking in planning and implementing a customer-oriented nature tourism product.
You know how to set goals for service experience, price a service and take these into account as part of planning and implementing services.
You know how to take safety and legislation in account in the design and implementation of the service product.

How to plan a sustainable nature tourism product?
How to customise a nature tourism product taking into account different customer segments?
How to price a nature tourism product?
How should legislation and safety be taken into account in product design and implementation?
How to plan and implement a nature tourism product according to the product development process?

Evaluation

Students can
a) use professional vocabulary and concepts in an expert way in different situations.
b) assess information sources critically.
c) work as team members in work-related expert duties and identify and describe the problems of the professional field.
d) assess operations in customer, user and target group situations.
e) choose appropriate models, methods, software and techniques according to the purpose and justify these choices.
f) promote teams’ goal-oriented operation.
g) apply critically the ethical principles of the professional field in different situations.
