How can stakeholders be classified (e.g. customers, media, authorities, communities)?
What are the most important stakeholder analysis methods?
How to plan communication for different stakeholders?
How can dialogue and dialogue be built with stakeholders?
How can crises be anticipated and how is a crisis communication plan drawn up?
What are the methods used to communicate to the media in crisis situations?
How do you build strong stakeholder relationships with transparency and trust?
