Objective
- You are able to apply your knowledge of nutrition to support strength and endurance training.
- You are able to apply your knowledge of nutrition when guiding and counseling athletes and people exercising regularly.
Content
The course content consists of three topics related to the:
- Basic knowledge of nutrition (1 ECTS credit)
- Energy demand and consumption during exercise, energy metabolism (2 ECTS credits)
- Nutrition, fluid balance and recovery to support endurance and strength training (2 ECTS credits)

This course starts on 18 January 2022 and students can start their studies approximaterly within one week after enrolling on the course. The course should be completed within three months. Enrolment is open until 18 December 2022.
