Objective

You know the principles of finance in service production from the perspective of the multi-producer model of welfare services.
You are able to marshal your business strategy as part of service production and strategy.
You will be able to prepare and monitor the implementation of the unit’s economic and operational plan. 
You will be able to estimate and develop the unit’s performance from the the point of view of economy, productivity, cost-effectiveness and operational result.  
You know the principles of procurement law.
