Objective
You acquaint yourself with the legislation, instructions and service systems in early childhood and youth education.
You understand the significance of the child- and youth-centered approach as an educational paradigm.
You know main areas of learning and understand the significance of learning environment in pedagogical planning.
You are able to use appropriate methods to support children's and adolescents’ growth.

How is the child and youth-centered approach defined?
What does child and youth-centered approach mean as an educational paradigm?
What learning areas are there and what is the significance of learning environments in pedagogical planning?

Suomalaisen varhaiskasvatuksen ja nuorisokasvatuksen lainsäädäntöön , ohjaaviin asiakirjoihin sekä palvelujärjestelmään perehtyminen.
