Objective

You know the phases of project work and are able to make project plans.
You know the main sources of financing.
You are able to develop in an innovative and partnership-oriented manner new collaboration and councelling methods, work practices and service processes for promoting well-being at schools.

Content

What are the main principles of project work?
What are the main sources of financing?
How do you plan, implement and evaluate a research or development project?
What is the role of project work as a tool in developing the practices in the field of social services and wellbeing at schools?

Evaluation

You are able to
a. use professional vocabulary and concepts in an expert way in different situations.
b. evaluate information sources critically.
c. identify the phases and processes in project work.
d. choose appropriate models and methods when working with their partners.

Opintojakso arvioidaan asteikolla 1-5/täydennettävä. Arvioinnin kohteet ovat: projektityön aiheen valinta ja tavoitteiden asettelu; tietoperustan ja käsitteiden hallinta; kehittämismenetelmien soveltaminen; tulokset/tuotokset; projektityön tavoitteiden saavuttaminen ja johtopäätösten esittäminen; projektityön prosessin hallinta; kirjallinen raportointi ja projektityön tulosten jakaminen
