What are the basics of business operations in health care?
What is the meaning of business operations as part of service production?

Management
How does the norm, resource and information guidance influence the organisation of services?
How do you evaluate and develop customer-oriented services? (understanding customers, timeliness of services and organizing services near customers, informing customers about the services, patient safety as part of a successful service chain and experience)
How do you evaluate, develop and follow the quality and profitability of the services in your own field in the changing environment of social and health care? (quality control, productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, project management)
How do you work as a team member and how do you guide a team during your work shift?
How do you prioritize and organize your activities? (ability to change, leading oneself and a team)

How do you promote work wellbeing in your work community? (teamwork skills, assertative communication, constructive feedback, occupational health and safety, labour legislation)

Toteutuksen osien kuvaus

Lähiopetuksessa perehdytään: Mitä on sairaanhoitajan johtamisosaaminen?

Verkkotehtävä Terveysalan yrittäjyys perehdyt: Mitä on yrittäjyys terveysalalla sekä siihen tarvittava osaaminen.

VerkkotehtäväTyösuojelu - ja työhyvinvointi: Tunnistat työhyvinvoinnin osa-alueet ja ymmärrät työhyvinvoinnin johtamisen merkityksen organisaation kehittymiseen ja menestymiseen. Työsuojelun ja työhyvinvoinnin keskeinen lainsäädäntö.

Oppimistehtävässä syvennät osaamistasi sairaanhoitajan johtamisosaamisessa.

Verkkotehtävät arvoidaan hyväksytty/täydennettävä
Oppimistehtävä 1-5.
Aktiivinen osallistuminen lähiopetukseen-> ryhmätehtävät tunnilla sekä osallistuminen keskusteluun.
Kokonaisarvosana muodostuu kaikista edellä mainituista osa-alueista.
