You can identify growth-oriented business projects. You can define goals and choose appropriate tools and models to support development.
You can apply growth strategies and factors enabling companies’ internal growth by making use of different interfaces.
You know how to develop business concepts and implement growth strategies in national and international networks.
Content
What are growth companies like and what are growth strategies? What methods are there to develop business with the help of the growth strategy chosen.
How do companies’ external and internal factors affect the possibilities of business development and growth in different interfaces?
How are growth strategies implemented by using national and international networks?
