Objective

You can identify growth-oriented business projects. You can define goals and choose appropriate tools and models to support development.
You can apply growth strategies and factors enabling companies’ internal growth by making use of different interfaces.
You know how to develop business concepts and implement growth strategies in national and international networks.

Content

What are growth companies like and what are growth strategies? What methods are there to develop business with the help of the growth strategy chosen.
How do companies’ external and internal factors affect the possibilities of business development and growth in different interfaces?
How are growth strategies implemented by using national and international networks?

Evaluation

Students can
- find, study, produce and evaluate critically multidisciplinary date in their field of expertise.
- solve demanding problems in development activities.
- make appropriate growth strategic decisions in terms of business operations and growth.
- be responsible for operations and develop them independently.
- evaluate different growth strategic approaches and justify their use in terms of management and development.
- work independently in the expert duties of their professional field or as entrepreneurs and have active roles in networks.
