Objective

You are familiar with maritime transportation and the role of ports in Finland´s export and import trade.
You understand the significance of ports and port operations in logistics chains and maritime transportation in terms of traffic flow and modes of transportation.

What constitutes the Finnish export and import?
What is the role of sea transportation and port operations in the Finnish export and import?
What ports are in operation in Finland?
What are the different port types?
What is the role of ports and port-related companies (operators and other stakeholders) in the transport chain?
What is maritime economy as a general concept?
What is the operation of shipping and charter companies?
