You know group dynamic models and are able to identify the phenomena related to them.

You are able to reflect your own strengths and development challenges as a counselor.

How can you apply the principles and methods of social pedagogics and socio-cultural animation in different social work environments?
What kind of stages do the client processes involve?

Study forms and methods
Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:
Opintojakson suoritukseen kuuluu lähiopetukseen osallistuminen Mikkelin Kampuksella. Lisäksi Ryhmien ohjaus -tehtävän tekeminen ja Asiakasprosessi ja palveluohjaus -teemaan liittyvä tehtävä. Lisäksi toteutukseen kuuluu ennakkotehtävä, joka lähetetään opiskelijoille viikolla 33.
Työhön integroitu oppimisväylä:
Jos työskentelet sosiaalialan työssä, jossa voi saavuttaa opintojakson tavoitteiden mukaisen osaamisen, voit suorittaa opintojakson työhön integroituna erillisen tehtävän pohjalta.
Opintoja nopeuttava oppimisväylä:
Voit opiskella vastaavan toteutuksen aikaisemman ryhmän mukana.
