Objective
You learn about the health effects of physical activity and competitive sports and their impact on an athlete's performance.
You understand and know how to explain the changes in physical activity and racing sports, including metabolism, muscle and nervous function.
You deepen your skills in physical performance assessment and measurement and you know the evidence-based health training recommendations.
You are able to evaluate and design training aiming for sporting competitions as appropriate.

How does physical exercise affect the metabolism and cardiovascular function?
How does physical stress affect the functioning of the nervous system and the endocrine glands?
How can physical performance be developed and maintained?
How can different exercise methods affect physical fitness and performance?
