Objective

You can recognize needs of customers and you know circumstances where a customer acts in digital economy.
You understand ways and channels for digital marketing.
You recognize possibilities of customer relationship management (CRM) for boosting sales, marketing, customer interaction and customer service.
You understand business models of the digital era.

What is customer oriented approach in digital economy?
What are platform economy and circular economy ?
What are business models and business opportunities of the digital era?
How are customer relationship management (CRM) systems used as tools of sales, marketing and customer service?
How are ways and channels of digital marketing used for acquiring, serving and holding on customers?

Evaluation

Student workload

Assessment methods and criteria

Arviointi perustuu oppimispäiväkirjan pitämiseen (50 % kokonaisarvioinnista) ja muihin tehtäviin (yhteensä 50 % kokonaisarvioinnista). Kaikki arvioinnin osat tulee olla suoritettu hyväksytysti.

Qualifications

ICT tools (5 cr) or equivalent knowledge.
Customer-oriented marketing (5 cr) or equivalent knowledge.
Customer insight and customer experience (5 cr) or equivalent knowledge.
