Objective

You can define the main concepts of marketing and are familiar with the contribution of marketing and customer relationships to the success of a service enterprise. You know the main marketing tools and can apply and assess them in different service situations and organizations. You can give reasons for the meaning of internal marketing for successful customer relationships.

Content

What are the main concepts and principles of service marketing and customer relationship marketing? What are the effects of marketing environment on business operations and situations? What are different customer groups and the factors affecting their purchasing behavior? What are marketing tools and what is the role of them in service business?
