Objective

You are able to develop the current and new services in an interactive and user-driven way and take into account the possibilities of digitalization of services.
You are able to utilise the methods of service design and productisation.
You are able to choose and apply interactive development methods and models in practice.
You are able to work as a development team member.
You show that you are familiar with the basics of service enterprise’s finances and financial accounting.
You are able to analyze and interpret financial statements and ratios of a service enterprise.

How can gamification promote users’ motivation, involvement and participation?
What are the basic concepts, goals and methods of service design?
