Prekliinisessä harjoituksissa (3 op) harjoitustunnit (eli laboraatiot ja simulaatiot) tulee olla suoritettuina opintojakson toteutusaikana.

Opiskelijan työmäärä

Opintojakso työmäärä opiskelijalle: 189 h, josta itsenäistä teorian opiskelua on 108 h ja prekliinistä harjoittelua koululla (laboraatiot ja simulaatiot) ja taitopajat koululla yhteensä 81 h.

Toteutuksen osien kuvaus

Sisätautien hoitotyön teoria 4 op: sisältää keskeisiä sisätauteihin liittyviä sairauksia, hoitotyön toimintoja sekä lääkehoitoa.

Prekliininen harjoittelu 3 op sisältää: i.v. lääke- ja nestehoitoa, verivalmisteiden antamista, potilaan tutkimista, EKG:n ottoa ja hoitoelvytystä.

Assessment methods and criteria

Opintojakson teoriaosuus (4 op) arvioidaan tentin perusteella. Tentin arvioinnin perusteena ovat opintojakson sisällöt ja tavoitteet. Lisäksi pakolliset oppimistehtävät tulee olla hyväksytysti suoritettuna ja palautettuna opintojakson päättymispäivään mennessä.

Examissa suoritettavan tentin arviointiasteikko on 1-5.

Hylätyn tentin saa uusia kaksi kertaa opintojakson aikana.

Opintojakso arvioidaan tentin perusteella opintojakson lopuksi. Teoriaopintojen osalta voit uusia opintojakson tentin kaksi kertaa opintojaksolla ilmoitettuina uusintatenttipäivinä. Loppukoe teorian osalta suoritetaan Examissa.

Prekliinisessä harjoituksissa (3 op) laboraatiot ja simulaatiot tulee olla suoritettuina opintojakson toteutusaikana.

Opiskelijan työmäärä

Opiskelijan työmäärä on yhteensä 7op (189 h) jakautuen verkko- ja itsenäiseen opiskeluun (4op=108), sekä tämän lisäksi laboraatio-, simulaatio- ja Teams työpaja harjoituksiin (3op=81h).

Toteutuksen osien kuvaus

Sisätautien hoitotyö ja prekliininen harjoittelu (7 op) sisältää sisätautien hoitotyön teorian (4op), jossa opiskellaan keskeisiä sisätauteja, lääkehoitoa ja hoitotyön auttamismenetelmiä.
Prekliininen harjoittelulu (3op), sisältää oppilaitoksella tapahtuvia laboraatiota ja simulaatioita (2op), jossa harjoitellaan mm. lääke- ja nestehoitoa, verivalmisteiden antamista, iv-kanylointia, EKG:n ottoa, monitoroinnin aloitusta ja hoitoelvytystä. Tämän lisäksi on (1op) Teams:ssa työpajaharjoituksia.

Työmäärä opiskelijalle on 189 h, josta itsenäistä teorian opiskelua on 108 h ja prekliinistä harjoittelua sisältäen teoreettisen orientoitumisen aiheeseen ja taitopajat koululla yhteensä 81 h.

Toteutuksen osien kuvaus

Sisätautien hoitotyön (teoria 4 op) osiossa opiskellaan keskeisiä sisätauteihin liittyviä sairauksia, hoitotyön toimia sekä lääkehoitoa.
Laboroinnit ja simulaatio 3 op -osiossa harjoitellaan lääke- ja nestehoitoa, verivalmisteiden antamista, potilaan tutkimista ja keskeisiä hoitotoimenpiteitä, kuten EKG:n ottoa ja hoitoelvytystä.

Yksilölliset oppimisväylät

Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:
Osallistut työjärjestyksen mukaiseen teoriaopetukseen ja ohjaukseen. Opetus järjestetään lähiopetuksena ja Teamsin välityksellä verkossa. Opiskelusi rytmittyvät työjärjestyksen mukaisten ryhmätapaamisten (verkko- tai lähitapaaminen) ja itsenäisesti tehtävien oppimistehtävien mukaan.

Tämän lisäksi prekliininen harjoittelu (laboraatio- ja simulaatioharjoitukset) tapahtuvat oppilaitoksella työjärjestyksen mukaisesti.

Opiskelijan työmäärä

Opiskelijan työmäärä on yhteensä 7op (189 h) jakautuen lähiopetukseen, verkko-opetukseen ja itsenäiseen opiskeluun (5op=135), sekä tämän lisäksi laboraatio- ja simulaatioharjoituksiin (2op=54h).

Toteutuksen osien kuvaus

Sisätautien hoitotyön teoriaopinnot 5 op sisältää: sisätautien hoitotyön (3op), sisätautiopin (1 op). ja säteilysuojelun (1op).

Prekliininen harjoittelu 2op sisältää:
- Hoitoelvytys (1 op) + EKG ja kanylointi (1 op) harjoitukset oppilaitoksella, jossa 100%:nen läsnäolo.

Opintojakson ensimmäisellä hoitotyön teoriaopetustunnilla on orientaatio, jossa 100%:n läsnäolo. Lisäksi: simulaatiossa, laboraatioissa ja seminaareissa on 100%:n läsnäolo.

Kirjalliset kokeet arvioidaan seuraavasti:
Sisätautien hoitotyön teoria (3op) tentti, jossa arviointi on numeerinen 1 - 5.
Sisätautien lääketieteen (1op) tentti, jossa arviointi on hyväksytty - hylätty.
Säteilysuojelu (1op) tentti, jossa arviointi on hyväksytty - hylätty.
ja lääkelaskutentti (0 op), arviointi, jossa arviointi on hyväksytty - hylätty.
Laboraatio- ja simulaatioharjoitukset (2op), joissa arviointi on hyväksytty -hylätty.
