You understand and know how to explain the changes in physical activity and racing sports, including metabolism, muscle and nervous function.

You deepen your skills in physical performance assessment and measurement and you know the evidence-based health training recommendations.

You are able to evaluate and design training aiming for sporting competitions as appropriate.
