Sisätautien hoitotyön (teoria 4 op) osiossa opiskellaan keskeisiä sisätauteihin liittyviä sairauksia, hoitotyön toimia sekä lääkehoitoa.
Prekliinisessä harjoittelussa 3 op harjoitellaan lääke- ja nestehoitoa, verivalmisteiden antamista, potilaan tutkimista ja keskeisiä hoitotoimenpiteitä, kuten EKG:n ottoa ja hoitoelvytystä.

Opiskelijan työmäärä on yhteensä 7op (189 h) jakautuen verkko- ja itsenäiseen opiskeluun (4op=108), sekä tämän lisäksi laboraatio-, simulaatio- ja Teams työpaja harjoituksiin (3op=81h).

Toteutuksen osien kuvaus

Sisätautien hoitotyö ja prekliininen harjoittelu (7 op) sisältää sisätautien hoitotyön teorian (4op), jossa opiskellaan keskeisiä sisätauteja, lääkehoitoa ja hoitotyön auttamismenetelmiä.
Prekliininen harjoittelulu (3op), sisältää oppilaitoksella tapahtuvia laboraatiota ja simulaatioita (2op), jossa harjoitellaan mm. lääke- ja nestehoitoa, verivalmisteiden antamista, iv-kanylointia, EKG:n ottoa, monitoroinnin aloitusta ja hoitoelvytystä. Tämän lisäksi on (1op) Teams:ssa työpajaharjoituksia.

Toteutuksen osien kuvaus

Sisätautien hoitotyön (teoria 5 op) osiossa opiskellaan keskeisiä sisätauteihin liittyviä sairauksia, hoitotyön toimia sekä lääkehoitoa.
Prekliininen harjoittelu (laboroinnit ja simulaatio 2 op) osiossa harjoitellaan lääke- ja nestehoitoa, verivalmisteiden antamista, potilaan tutkimista ja keskeisiä hoitotoimenpiteitä, kuten EKG:n ottoa ja hoitoelvytystä.

Opintojakson teoriaosuus (5 op) arvioidaan tentin perusteella. Tentin arvioinnin perusteena ovat opintojakson sisällöt ja tavoitteet. Myös pakolliset oppimistehtävät tulee olla hyväksytysti suoritettu. Arviointiasteikko on 1-5. Tentti on samalla Kliinisen ydinosaamisen osaamisen näyttö.
Hylätyn tentin saa uusia kaksi kertaa opintojakson alussa kerrottuna ajankohtina.

Harjoitustunnit ja simulaatio arvioidaan asteikolla hyväksytty - hylätty. Arviointiperusteena on aktiivinen osallistuminen kaikille harjoitustunneille ja simulaatioon. Poissaolo on korvattava osallistumalla erikseen sovittuna ajankohtana vastaavalle harjoitustunnille.

Yksilölliset oppimisväylät

Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:
Osallistut työjärjestyksen mukaiseen teoriaopetukseen ja ohjaukseen. Opetus järjestetään lähiopetuksena ja Teamsin välityksellä verkossa. Opiskelusi rytmittyvät työjärjestyksen mukaisten ryhmätapaamisten (verkko- tai lähitapaaminen) ja itsenäisesti tehtävien oppimistehtävien mukaan.

Tämän lisäksi prekliininen harjoittelu (laboraatio- ja simulaatioharjoitukset) tapahtuvat oppilaitoksella työjärjestyksen mukaisesti.

Tentit ja muut määräajat

Teoriaopintojen osalta voit uusia opintojakson tentin kaksi kertaa opintojaksolla ilmoitettuina uusintatenttipäivinä.

Opiskelijan työmäärä

Opiskelijan työmäärä on yhteensä 7op (189 h) jakautuen lähiopetukseen, verkko-opetukseen ja itsenäiseen opiskeluun (5op=135), sekä tämän lisäksi laboraatio- ja simulaatioharjoituksiin (2op=54h).

Toteutuksen osien kuvaus

Sisätautien hoitotyön teoriaopinnot 5 op sisältää: sisätautien hoitotyön (3op), sisätautiopin (1 op). ja säteilysuojelun (1op).

Prekliininen harjoittelu 2op sisältää:
- Hoitoelvytys (1 op) + EKG ja kanylointi (1 op) harjoitukset oppilaitoksella, jossa 100%:nen läsnäolo.

Opintojakson ensimmäisellä hoitotyön teoriaopetustunnilla on orientaatio, jossa 100%:n läsnäolo. Lisäksi: simulaatiossa, laboraatioissa ja seminaareissa on 100%:n läsnäolo.

Sisätautien lääketieteen (1op) tentti, jossa arviointi on hyväksytty - hylätty.
Säteilysuojelu (1op) tentti, jossa arviointi on hyväksytty - hylätty.
ja lääkelaskutentti (0 op), arviointi, jossa arviointi on hyväksytty - hylätty.
Laboraatio- ja simulaatioharjoitukset (2op), joissa arviointi on hyväksytty -hylätty.
