Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:
Terveyden edistämisen perusteet -teoriaosuudessa kontaktiopetusta on noin 20 tuntia sisältäen luentoja ja case -harjoituksia. Itsenäisenä tehtävänä on arvioitavia pienryhmätehtäviä. Kontaktiopetuksessa läsnäolovelvoite on 80% ja pienryhmätehtävien purkutunneilla 100%.

Ravitsemus 2 op toteutetaan verkko-opintoina. Opintosisällöt opiskellaan itsenäisesti Learn-alustalle olevien materiaalien avulla. Suoritusmuotona verkkotehtävät.

Ravitsemus ja ravitsemusohjaus 2 op: Opiskelumateriaali on Learn-alustalla. Suositeltavia lisämateriaaleja Voutilainen ym. 2015. Ravitsemustaito sekä Mutanen ym. 2021 Ravitsemustiede. Duodecim (e-kirja, opiskelijan käytettävissä Kaakkurissa).

Yksilölliset oppimisväylät

Terveyden edistäminen 3op
Voit opiskella itsenäisesti verkko-opintoina. Itsenäisen oppimisen tueksi on tarjolla 12h vapaaehtoisia verkkotapaamisia.

RAVITSEMUS JA RAVITSEMUSOHJAUS 2 op:
Opetusviikkoväylä: Osallistut lähitunneille verkkovälitteisesti ja laadit oppimistehtävät sekä suoritat verkkotentin. Opintosisällöt: Eri ikä-ikäryhmien ravitsemussuositukset ja kestävän kehityksen ravitsemus, ravitsemustilan arvioinnin menetelmät, erityisruokavaliot sekä ravitsemusohjaus.

Työssäoppimisen väylä: Voit keskustella työpaikallasi, onko mahdollisuus tehdä työssä hyödynnettävää ravitsemustehtävää. Opintosisällöt: Eri ikä-ikäryhmien ravitsemussuositukset ja kestävän kehityksen ravitsemus, ravitsemustilan arvioinnin menetelmät, erityisruokavaliot sekä ravitsemusohjaus. Opintojaksolla sinun tulee perehtyä aineistoon etukäteen sekä laatia oppimistehtävä työhösi soveltaen. Oppimistehtävä arvioidaan. Lisäksi osoitat osaamisesi verkkotentillä.

Nopeuttamisen väylä: voi osallistua vastaavalle aiemmin aloittaneen ryhmän toteutukselle.

Mikäli sinulla on aiheeseen liittyvää aikaisempaa amk-tasoista osaamista, voit hakea hyväksilukua opintojaksoa vastaavalla amk-opinnoilla joko kokonaan tai osittain. Osittaisessa hyväksiluvussa suoritat ne osa-alueet, joista ei ole hyväksilukua, ryhmän mukana.

Terveyden edistäminen 3op suoritetaan ajalla 9.1-24.2.2023. Opintojakson lopussa on tentti. Arviointi 1-5. Tentin ja tehtävien ajakohdat selviävät opintojakson alussa.

Ravitsemus ja ravitsemusohjaus 2op suoritetan ajalla 6.3. - 21.4.2023; Soveltavan tehtävän palautus määräaikaan mennessä. Verkkotentti. Varsinainen tentin (verkkotentti) ja kahden uusintakerran ajankohdat ovat on ilmoitettu erikseen Learn-alustalla.

Terveyden edistäminen 3op
Voit opiskella itsenäisesti verkko-opintoina. Itsenäisen oppimisen tueksi on tarjolla 12h vapaaehtoisia verkkotapaamisia.

RAVITSEMUS JA RAVITSEMUSOHJAUS 2 op:
Opetusviikkoväylä: Osallistut lähitunneille verkkovälitteisesti ja laadit oppimistehtävät sekä suoritat verkkotentin. Opintosisällöt: Eri ikä-ikäryhmien ravitsemussuositukset ja kestävän kehityksen ravitsemus, ravitsemustilan arvioinnin menetelmät, erityisruokavaliot sekä ravitsemusohjaus.

Työssäoppimisen väylä: Voit keskustella työpaikallasi, onko mahdollisuus tehdä työssä hyödynnettävää ravitsemustehtävää. Opintosisällöt: Eri ikä-ikäryhmien ravitsemussuositukset ja kestävän kehityksen ravitsemus, ravitsemustilan arvioinnin menetelmät, erityisruokavaliot sekä ravitsemusohjaus. Opintojaksolla sinun tulee perehtyä aineistoon etukäteen sekä laatia oppimistehtävä työhösi soveltaen. Oppimistehtävä arvioidaan. Lisäksi osoitat osaamisesi verkkotentillä.

Nopeuttamisen väylä: voi osallistua vastaavalle aiemmin aloittaneen ryhmän toteutukselle.

Mikäli sinulla on aiheeseen liittyvää aikaisempaa amk-tasoista osaamista, voit hakea hyväksilukua opintojaksoa vastaavalla amk-opinnoilla joko kokonaan tai osittain. Osittaisessa hyväksiluvussa suoritat ne osa-alueet, joista ei ole hyväksilukua, ryhmän mukana.

Ravitsemus ja ravitsemusohjaus 2op; Soveltavan tehtävän palautus määräaikaan mennessä. Verkkotentti. Varsinainen tentin (verkkotentti) ja kahden uusintakerran ajankohdat ovat on ilmoitettu erikseen Learn-alustalla.

Terveyden edistämisen perusteet (3 op) - osio sisältää luentoja ja case -harjoituksia sekä mahdollisesti opintokäyntejä.
Osalla kontaktitunneista sekä pienryhmätehtävien purkutunneilla on 100% läsnäolovelvoite --> nämä ilmoitetaan infossa.
Tunneilla edellytetään aktiivista osallistumista. Arvioitavat tehtävät ovat sekä itsenäisiä että pienryhmissä tehtäviä (ks. kohta Tentit ja muut määräajat).

Ravitsemus:

Yleisen terveyden edistämisen (3 op) osuuden opintosisällöt opiskellaan itsenäisesti Learnin materiaalien ja tehtävien avulla verkossa.
Ravitsemus ja ravitsemusohjauksen (2 op) osuuden opintosisällöt opiskellaan itsenäisesti Learnin materiaalinen avulla. Suoritustapoihin kuuluu verkkotentti ja tehtäviä.

Voit hakea osaamisen tunnistamista ja tunnustamista opintojakson vastaavilla korkeakouluopinnoilla joko kokonaan tai osittain. Osittaisessa osaamisen tunnistamisessa ja tunnustamisessa suoritat ne osa-alueet, joita ei ole hyväksytty. Suorituksista sovitaan opintojakson vastuuopettajan kanssa.

Yleisen terveyden edistämisen osuus (3 op):
- oppimistehtävien suorittaminen opintojakson aikana; myöhästyneitä tehtäviä ei oteta vastaan
- numeerisesti arvioitavan tehtävän suorittaminen määräpäivään mennessä - tehtävän arviointikriteerit annetaan tehtävän yhteydessä

Ravitsemus- ja ravitsemusohjauksen osuus (2 op):
-oppimistehtävien suorittaminen määräaikaan mennessä, arviointi hyväksytty, täydennettävää, hylätty ja osassa numeerinen arviointi. Tehtävien arviointikriteerit annetaan tehtävän yhteydessä.
- verkkotentti arvioidaan numeraalisesti 1-5 hyväksytyn suorituksen osalta ja kaksi uusintaverkkomahdollisuutta. Hyväksyttyyn suoritukseen 50 % oikein.

You can assess the nutritional status of a customer/patient and refer the customer/patient in the risk of malnutrition to an expert.

Ilmoitetaan Learn-alustalla opintojakson alussa.

Yksilölliset oppimisväylät

Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:
Terveyden edistämisen perusteet -teoriaosuudessa kontaktiopetusta on 30 tuntia sisältäen luentoja ja case -harjoituksia. Itsenäisenä tehtävänä on arvioitavia pienryhmätehtäviä. Kontaktiopetuksessa läsnäolovelvoite on 80% ja pienryhmätehtävien purkutunneilla 100%.

Ravitsemus 2 op toteutetaan verkko-opintoina. Opintosisällöt opiskellaan itsenäisesti Learn-alustalle olevien materiaalien avulla. Suoritusmuotona verkkotehtävät.

Voit ahotoida opintojakson vastaavilla korkeakouluopinnoilla joko kokonaan tai osittain. Osittaisessa ahotoinnissa suoritat itsenäisenä tai kontaktiopetuksena puuttuvat osa-alueet.

Opintojakson arviointi tapahtuu oppimistehtävillä. Hylätyksi tullut tehtävä on mahdollista täydentää. Oppimistehtävät ovat ajastettuja.

Voi sisältää englannin kielistä materiaalia.

1 opintopiste vastaa 27 tuntia opiskelijan työtä.

Opintojakso koostuu kahdesta erillisestä osiosta (terveyden edistäminen 3 op ja ravitsemus 2op), joissa molemmissa on oma opettaja.
