You know the basic structures and vocabulary of the language in oral interaction. You understand clear speech and can react appropriately in different communication situation. You know about the Russian culture can describe your own culture in Russian.

What basic structures and vocabulary do you need in oral interaction?
How do you use language in usual communication situations?
What is essential in the Russian operational environment and communication culture?
How can you take cultural difference into account in communication?

The course is implemented online in collaboration with students of St Petesrburg University (SPbU), Saint Petersburg State University. The course content includes different topics of everyday life and culture. The Finnish student support the Russian student in learning Finnish, and vise versa.
