Objective

You can use basic language structures and vocabulary in simple oral and written communication situations at level A1.2 (CEFR).
You understand standard speech and texts about familiar themes.

After completing the course with grade 3, you can
• understand clear standard speech in common travel situations
• give basic information about people, occupations and work
• tell about your family, hometown and your home
• use ordinal numbers
• manage common travel-related situations in Spanish (e.g. do shopping, order food and drink in a restaurant, buy tickets and ask for and give directions)
• use basic telephone phrases
• tell about the day’s events
• tell about the weather
• make short notes and form sentences
• tell about Spanish-speaking countries
