- use of hand tools and measuring instruments
- monitoring and operation of electrical devices
- principles of work safety and electrical work safety
The course aims to ensure that the competency requirements of a ship electrician are met according to STCW III/7.

- selection and installation of electrical equipment
- quality and control inspections during work
- commissioning inspections of electrical installations
