The course focuses on the development of Finnish language skills through oral and written exercises. The course provides practice in grammatical structures and in understanding texts and their vocabulary. The students learn to find information about the field of their interest and get to know the educational or professional field. In addition, the students learn to report their learning outcomes.

Student has achieved the course objectives fairly. Student is able to identify and use the course subject area’s concepts and understands the conditions of knowledge and skills development.
