Objective

You are able to define the concept of health fitness and know how it is assessed and tested.
You can plan situations for assessing and testing clients' health fitness by paying attention to ethical and confidentiality factors.
You can assess your own and clients' health fitness in a versatile way making use of different tests and measurements.
You are able to plan evidence-based physical exercises to develop health fitness.
You can interpret test results, draw conclusions and make use of the results in instructing clients.

How are health fitness and its different components defined?
How is health fitness assessed and tested?
How do you test endurance, the fitness of the musculoskeletal system, motor fitness and analyse body composition?
How do you choose customised tests for measuring clients' health fitness?
How do you assess individuals' health fitness reliably and in a repeat manner?
What responsibilities and ethical principles relate to testing?
How do you give clients feedback on the test results?
How do you interpret test results and make use of them in the program planning and implementation of physical exercises?
How do you assess your own activities as a tester?
How do you make use of client and peer feedback in developing your own activities?
