Teaching methods

This course is taught in Finnish. The course is partly carried out as a flipped learning principle. The student gets to know the subject areas of the upcoming lectures with the help of preliminary assignments. Learning is then deepened through conversational lectures which include case studies.

If the student wishes to follow an individual learning track, the student writes a plan for the individual learning track. The plan must comply with the learning outcomes of the course and has to be approved first by the teacher of the course and then by the student's work place. The individual learning track must be agreed with the teacher prior to the course start.

Employer connections

Working life cooperation can be implemented through the students' own proposals, for example in Case Studies.
