Individual study tracks can be negotiated with the instructor. It will be available only if the student can provide sufficient basis for such implementation. There can be a pre-test to assess the students’ ability and suitability to complete the course individually.

Yksilölliset oppimisväylät

Opiskelu tapahtuu yksilö-, ryhmä- ja parityöskentelynä.

Kurssin suorittaminen edellyttää luentojen aktiivista seuraamista ja keskusteluun osallistumista ja ryhmä- ja paritehtävien sekä yksilötehtävien ja tentin suorittamista.

Kunnallis- ja virkamiesoikeuden kurssi jakautuu kahteen pääosaan eli kunnallisoikeuteen ja virkamiesoikeuteen.

A Virkamiesoikeuden osio:

-valtion virkamiesten ja kunnan viranhaltijoiden oikeudet, velvollisuudet ja vastuut,

-virkasuhteeseen ottaminen ja virkasuhteen päättäminen ja

-virkaehtosopimusjärjestelmä sekä yhteistoimintamenettely kunnissa.


B Kunnallisoikeuden osio

-kunnan / kaupungin ja niiden eri yhteisöjen itsehallinnollista asemaa, niiden organisaatioita ja rakennetta, kuntien tehtäviä, luottamusmiesten asemaa, taloutta ja kuntien yhteistoimintaa.

Toteutuksen osien kuvaus

Kurssi jakaantuu virkamiesoikeuden ja kunnallisoikeuden osioihin, jotka ovat sisällöltään yhtä laajoja. Essee tehdään virkamiesoikeuteen liittyvästä aiheesta ja ryhmätyö liittyy kunnallisoikeuden osioon.
