VerkkotehtäväTyösuojelu - ja työhyvinvointi: Tunnistat työhyvinvoinnin osa-alueet ja ymmärrät työhyvinvoinnin johtamisen merkityksen organisaation kehittymiseen ja menestymiseen. Työsuojelun ja työhyvinvoinnin keskeinen lainsäädäntö.

Oppimistehtävässä syvennät osaamistasi sairaanhoitajan johtamisosaamisessa.

Ennen opintojakson alkua pidetään info 1 h, jossa opiskelija valitsee suorittaako opintojakson työviikkopohjaisesti yhteisöllisesti (pakolliset lähipäivät 3, muuten verkossa itsenäisesti) vai kokonaan itsenäisesti verkko-opintoina.

Työviikkopohjainen väylä:
Lähiopetustunnit 18 h työjärjestyksen mukaisesti, joka koostuu kolmesta lähiopetuksen teemapäivästä, joilla teemme osan oppimistehtävistä sekä itsenäistä opiskelua verkossa 116 tuntia, joka on varattu lähipäivien ennakkotehtävien tekemiseen ryhmässä sekä itsenäisten oppimistehtävien tekemiseen ja annettuun materiaaliin perehtymiseen verkossa.

Opintoja nopeuttava väylä:
Verkko-opintoina opintojakson voi suorittaa viikoilla 44-51 infotunnilla annetun aikataulun mukaisesti. Verkko-opinnoissa käytät 134 tuntia itsenäiseen perehtymiseen annettuun materiaaliin ja oppimistehtävien tekemiseen.

Opintojaksoa ei voi suorittaa tenttimällä, mutta voit toki korottaa arvosanaa täydentämällä oppimistehtäviä saamasi palautteen perusteella. Annetut tehtävät tulee palauttaa annetun aikataulun puitteissa.

1. Suomalainen sosiaali- ja terveydenhuoltojärjestelmä ja sen poliittis-hallinnollinen ohjaus ja valvonta
2. Sosiaali- ja terveysalan yrittäjyys ja yrityksen perustaminen
3. Johtaminen ja organisaatiorakenteet sekä hoitotyön lähijohtaminen
4. Hoitotyön laatu sekä laadun parantaminen ja työn kehittäminen
5. Työelämä- ja työyhteisötaidot sekä työsuhde

Työviikkopohjainen väylä:
Arvosanaan vaikuttaa osallistuminen lähitunneille (huomaa, että tunnilla tehdään osa niistä tehtävistä yhdessä, joita verkkototeutuksella tehdään itsenäisesti eli jos et ole paikalla, vaikuttaa tämä arvosanaan = 33 %), aktiivisuus lähitunneilla (33 %) ja itsenäiset oppimistehtävät 0-K5 = 33 %). Näiden keskiarvo muodostaa kokonaisarvosanan opintojaksosta.

ITSENÄISET VERKKO-OPINNOT:
Arvosana muodostuu kokonaisuudessaan (100 %) oppimistehtävien pohjalta. Opintojaksoon liittyy 20 tehtävää, joista jokaisesta saa arvosanan 0-K5. Näiden keskiarvo muodostaa kokonaisarvosanan opintojaksosta. pohjalta. Oppimistehtävät ja verkkotentit tulee palauttaa sovittuna ajankohtana, jotta ne otetaan arvioitavaksi.

Arviointi:
Hylätty: Oppimistehtävien keskiarvo jää alle T1.
TI-T2: Osaat perusasioita jonkin verran, mutta sinulla on vielä selviä puutteita tiedoissa ja niiden soveltamisessa käytäntöön.

Hybridiopetus:
Lähiopetustunnit työjärjestyksen mukaisesti viikoilla 12, 14 ja 21, joka koostuu kolmesta teemapäivästä, joilla teemme osan oppimistehtävistä. Lisäksi itsenäistä opiskelua 116 tuntia, joka on varattu itsenäisten oppimistehtävien tekemiseen ja annettuun materiaaliin perehtymiseen.

Itsenäinen verkkoopetus:
Halutessaan opiskelija voi suorittaa opintojakson myös kesälukukaudella 100 % itsenäisenä verkko-oppimisena viikoilla 18-27.

Itsenäinen verkkoopetus:
Halutessaan opiskelija voi suorittaa opintojakson myös kesälukukaudella 100 % itsenäisenä verkko-oppimisena viikoilla 18-27.

Lähiopetustunnit työjärjestyksen mukaisesti viikoilla 40-45, joka koostuu 54 tunnista, joilla teemme 10 oppimistehtävää sekä itsenäistä opiskelua 80 tuntia, joka on varattu itsenäisten oppimistehtävien tekemiseen ja annettuun materiaaliin perehtymiseen.

Opintoja nopeuttava väylä:
Opintojakso on tarkoitettu opintojen loppuvaiheessa oleville opiskelijoille eli sinulla tulee olla noin puolet opinnoista suoritettuna (min. 100 op).
Ennen opintojakson alkua pidetään infotunti VIIKOLLA 35, jossa opiskelija valitsee suorittaako opintojakson työviikkopohjaisesti yhteisöllisesti vai itsenäisesti verkko-opintoina.
Verkko-opintoina opintojakso suoritetaan viikoilla 36-43 infotunnilla annetun aikataulun mukaisesti. Verkko-opinnoissa käytät 134 tuntia itsenäiseen perehtymiseen annettuun materiaaliin ja 20 oppimistehtävän tekemiseen. Verkko-opintoina opintojakso valmistuu aikaisintaan 7.10. ja viimeistään 30.10.

Opintojakso on tarkoitettu opintojen loppuvaiheessa oleville opiskelijoille eli sinulla tulee olla noin puolet opinnoista suoritettuna (min. 100 op).
Ennen opintojakson alkua pidetään VIIKOLLA 35, jossa opiskelija valitsee suorittaako opintojakson työviikkopohjaisesti yhteisöllisesti vai itsenäisesti verkko-opintoina.
Lähiopetustunnit työjärjestyksen mukaisesti viikoilla 40-45, joka koostuu 54 tunnista, joilla teemme 10 oppimistehtävää sekä itsenäistä opiskelua 80 tuntia, joka on varattu itsenäisten oppimistehtävien tekemiseen ja annettuun materiaaliin perehtymiseen.

Opintoja nopeuttava väylä:

4. Hoitotyön laatu sekä laadun parantaminen ja työn kehittäminen
5. Työelämä- ja työyhteisötaidot sekä työsuhde

Työviikkopohjainen väylä: arvosanaan vaikuttaa osallistuminen lähitunneille (huomaa, että tunnilla tehdään osa niistä tehtävistä yhdessä, joita verkkototeutuksella tehdään itsenäisesti eli jos et ole paikalla, vaikuttaa tämä arvosanaan = 33 %), aktiivisuus lähitunneilla (33 %) ja oppimistehtävät (10 itsenäistä tehtävää, joista jokaisesta saa arvosanan 0-K5 = 33 %). Näiden keskiarvo muodostaa kokonaisarvosanan opintojaksosta.

Jos työskentelet terveysalan yrityksessä, organisaatiossa tai korkeakoulun tarjoamassa projektissa, voit suorittaa opintojakson tai moduulin työpaikallasi / projektissa joko kokonaan tai osittain. Tällöin olet yhteydessä kuukautta ennen opintojakson alkua opettajiin ja sovit työpaikallesi/projektille tehtävästä kehittämistehtävästä. Oppiminen edellyttää, että työssäsi perehdyt opintojaksolla käsiteltäviin teemoihin ja hallitset ne sekä teoriassa että käytännössä. Osoitat osaamisesi osaamisen näyttönä, jonka laajuus määräytyy opintojakson oppimistavoitteiden mukaan.

Työhön integroitu oppimisväylä:

Johtaminen 4 op verkkotentti ja kaksi uusintatenttiä Learnissa ilmoitettuina aikoina. Lisäksi oppimistehtäviä ja laadun kehittämistehtävä, joiden työstäminen ja palauttaminen Learnissa ilmoitettuina aikoina.

Terveysalan yrittäjyys 1 op sisältää oppimistehtävän alustavasta terveysalan yrityksen yrityssuunnitelman ideasta osia, jonka työstäminen ja palauttaminen Learnissa ilmoitettuna aikana.

Kokonaisuuden työmäärä on 135 tuntia, joka jakaantuu seuraavasti:
* johtaminen 4 op lähiopetusta 38 tuntia ja itsenäistä työskentelyä 66 tuntia sekä verkkotentti 4 tuntia
* terveysalan yrittäjyys 1 op lähiopetusta 3 tuntia ja perehtyen itsenäisesti Learnissa olevaan materiaaliin ja soveltavan tehtävän työstäminen 24 tuntia

Toteutuksen osien kuvaus

JOHTAMINEN 4 op: Opintosisällöt ovat normi-, resurssi- ja informaatio-ohjaus palveluiden järjestämisessä, asiakaslähtöisten palveluiden arviointi ja kehittäminen, palvelujen laadun ja tuloksellisuuden arviointi / kehittäminen / seuranta sisältäen potilasturvallisuuden palveluketjussa ja kokemuksena, tiimin jäsenenä toimiminen ja johtaminen, priorisointi, työhyvinvoinnin edistäminen sekä mentorointi / perehdyttäminen.

TERVEYSALAN YRITTÄJYYS 1 op:
Opintosisällöt: Yritystoiminnan merkitys palvelutuotannossa, terveysalan yritystoiminnan perusteet, kustannustietoisuus sairaanhoitajan tehtäväalueella, taloudellinen työskentely. Opintosisällöt opiskelija opiskelee itsenäisesti Learnin materiaalinen avulla ja laatimalla oppimistehtävän pienryhmässä.

Sairaanhoitajan johtamisosaaminen opintojaksolla on mahdollisuus soveltaa oppimistehtäviä eri kulttuureiden näkökulmista ja pohtia lähijohtamisosaamista ja kollegiaalisuutta tehtävien kautta.

Toteutuksen osien kuvaus

Opiskelu koostuu 16h lähiopetusta sekä yksilö - tai ryhmätentistä ja oppimistehtävistä. Oppimistehtävät käsittelevät lähijohtamista, tiiminjohtajan taitoja, työelämätaitoja ja työhyvinvointia sosiaali ja terveydenhuollossa. Tiimijohtamisosaamisessa on asiantuntijaluento (2h) työvuorosuunnitteluun liittyvistä seikoista (lait, asetukset ja ohjeet).

Seuraavat aiheet liittyvät läheisesti toisiinsa.
Lähijohtaminen 1 op Esimerkiksi: käsitteet, vetovoimaisuus lähijohtamisessa, monikulttuurisuus.
Tiiminjohtajan/vastuuhoitajan tehtävät 0.5 op Esimerkiksi: työyksikön toiminnan ymmärtäminen, työvuorosuunnittelu, sairauspoissaolot.
Työelämätaidot ja työhyvinvointi 0.5 op Esimerkiksi. Työhyvinvoinnin edistäminen työryhnmässä, yhteisöllisyys työryhmässä, itsensä johtaminen, oman työssä jaksamisen edistäminen.

Opintojakso on tarkoitettu opintojen loppuvaiheessa oleville opiskelijoille eli sinulla tulee olla noin puolet opinnoista suoritettuna (min. 100 op).

Ennen opintojakson alkua pidetään VIIKOLLA 12, jossa opiskelija valitsee suorittaako opintojakson työviikkopohjaisesti yhteisöllisesti vai itsenäisesti verkko-opintoina.
Lähiopetustunnit työjärjestyksen mukaisesti viikoilla 12-20, joka koostuu 54 tunnista, joilla teemme 10 oppimistehtävää sekä itsenäistä opiskelua 80 tuntia, joka on varattu itsenäisten oppimistehtävien tekemiseen ja annettuun materiaaliin perehtymiseen.

Opintoja nopeuttava väylä:
Opintojakso on tarkoitettu opintojen loppuvaiheessa oleville opiskelijoille eli sinulla tulee olla noin puolet opinnoista suoritettuna (min. 100 op).

Ennen opintojakson alkua pidetään infotunti VIIKOLLA 12, jossa opiskelija valitsee suorittaako opintojakson työviikkopohjaisesti yhteisöllisesti vai itsenäisesti verkko-opintoina.
Verkko-opintoina opintojakso suoritetaan viikoilla 18-26 infotunnilla annetun aikataulun mukaisesti. Verkko-opinnoissa käytät 134 tuntia itsenäiseen perehtymiseen annettuun materiaaliin ja 20 oppimistehtävän tekemiseen. Verkko-opintoina opintojakso valmistuu aikaisintaan 31.5. ja viimeistään 10.7.

Opintojakso ei sisällä käytännön harjoittelua.

Opintojaksoa ei voi suorittaa tenttimällä, mutta voit toki korottaa arvosanaa täydentämällä oppimistehtäviä saamasi palautteen perusteella. Annetut tehtävät tulee palauttaa annetun aikataulun puitteissa.

Työviikkopohjainen väylä:
Arvosanaan vaikuttaa osallistuminen lähitunneille (huomaa, että tunnilla tehdään osa niistä tehtävistä yhdessä, joita verkkototeutuksella tehdään itsenäisesti eli jos et ole paikalla, vaikuttaa tämä arvosanaan = 33 %), aktiivisuus lähitunneilla (33 %) ja oppimistehtävät (10 itsenäistä tehtävää, joista jokaisesta saa arvosanan 0-K5 = 33 %). Näiden keskiarvo muodostaa kokonaisarvosanan opintojaksosta.

Opintoja nopeuttava väylä:
Arvosana muodostuu kokonaisuudessaan (100 %) oppimistehtävien pohjalta. Opintojaksoon liittyy 20 tehtävää, joista jokaisesta saa arvosanan 0-K5. VerkkotehtäväTyösuojelu - ja työhyvinvointi: Tunnistat työhyvinvoinnin osa-alueet ja ymmärrät työhyvinvoinnin johtamisen merkityksen organisaation kehittymiseen ja menestymiseen. Työsuojelun ja työhyvinvoinnin keskeinen lainsäädäntö.

Oppimistehtävässä syvennät osaamistasi sairaanhoitajan johtamisosaamisessa.

Verkkotehtävät arvoidaan hyväksytty/täydennettävä
Oppimistehtävä 1-5.
Aktiivinen osallistuminen lähiopetukseen-> ryhmätehtävät tunnilla sekä osallistuminen keskusteluun.
Kokonaisarvosana muodostuu kaikista edellä mainituista osa-alueista.
